SEPT 2021. Susie is a great host, she upgraded us to a different house with even better view. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all super clean. The layout of the house is quite uniqie with bedrooms in the lowest level which was actually great because even when it was hot outside, it was nice and cool in the bedroom. No need for AC. Each room has a small balcony, there's also larger balcony next to living room (with sunbeds and table and chairs and BBQ!), we loved eating breakfast there and enjoy the view of the town and ocean. There's also a rooftop terrace with even better, unobstructed view over Carvoeiro and ocean. PERFECT! We loved spending evenings there with a glass of wine. And there is also place to hang your laundry after washing. WiFi was fast, kitchen had all equipment we might need for cooking, again everything perfectly clean. Right outside the house you have your own parking spot, it's so convenient if you have a large luggage. It was great to have a safe parking spot for our rented car, and not having to search for parking place in those tiny streets! The pool was a fantastic bonus, quite big and usually we had it just for ourselves (only once there were 3 people beside us), it's not heated but not cold either. Just perfect after a day in the sun exploring beaches. The location is nice too, 8 minutes on foot to the city and ocean, close to restaurants and bars, but in a very quiet and peaceful street, no noise at night at all. The house is located uphill, but the views are SO WORTH IT. We would love to come back!

JULY 2021. The accommodation corresponds perfectly to the description, it is very clean, has a wonderful view and is close to the city: you can do everything on foot! You can go there with your eyes closed !!!

AUG 2021. Very nice house and location. We had a great time there.

JUL 2021. Fine comfortable house with all amenities for a great holiday! Quietly situated but also in the sociability of the village. Our children have also enjoyed themselves! We were in the top row of houses, super for the view, difficult for people who have difficulty walking, too far from pool and main street! Really a must!

SEPT 2021. We were in Number 23. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I liked the terrace for outdoor dining with a view and the pool was a good size. Susie is a great host and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this excellent townhouse.

JULY 2021. Great house with carport. Bedrooms are 1 floor down so they are always cool and an air conditioner is not necessary. House is a bit smaller than expected but big enough. Also a good balcony. House has everything you need, including washing machine and all other equipment. Location is nice but is on a hill. Meaning that you have to walk down a bit and then walk up again. Susie is very nice, flexible and almost always available. 1 disadvantage may be that you hear many seagulls in the early morning, they could wake you up. For the rest we had a great 10 days.

JULY 2021. We had a wonderful week in Carvoeiro in Susie's flat. The accommodation is very well located (7'/8' walk to the beach and shops), well equipped (2 shower rooms, washing machine, wifi...) and offers a wonderful view of the village from the terrace and the roof-top. Carvoeiro is a pleasant village from which it is easy to discover this part of the Algarve (Silves, Albufeira, Lagos, Portimao, Monchique...)

JULY 2021.  We had planned a 2 week holiday in this beautiful house and surroundings. Our goal was to get away from Corona and simply enjoy the time. But everything turned out differently than we had hoped. Unfortunately, due to a change in the travel warning by Germany, we had to cancel our holiday after only 1 week. This was a very difficult decision for all of us. The house, the surroundings and the care by Susi were perfect. Susi could always be reached by email and was always available with advice and support. We also booked a packed lunch for the first day. Everything was great. Thank you very much! A bigger coffee machine would be very good. We are planning to finish our holiday there next year or the year after and will definitely book this holiday home again. Many thanks for the great service.

JULY 2021. Great family villa within a 15min walk to a small supermarket, restaurant & bar. The swimming pool area & extended garden is perfect for children to swim / run around. There is a BBQ although you have to get creative with the setup not difficult if your used to BBQing. Air conditioning is in the master bedroom upstairs ONLY however there are portable fans in all the bedrooms. The villa itself is clean, modern and has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.

JUNE 2021. Very clean. Lovely views from a great terrace out over Carvoeiro and the sea beyond. A few minutes walk up/down a very steep hill into town and restaurants and shops.
