This spacious villa offers open-plan lounge and dining area is designed for relaxation, featuring plush sofas, a TV, and a dining table that seats six. Patio doors lead directly to the sun terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.
The modern kitchen has ample storage, a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, and direct access to the exterior, making meal preparation a breeze. There is also a discreet utility cupboard, housing a washing machine for your convenience.
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned, two have en-suite bathrooms, plus a separate family bathroom, ensuring comfort for up to six guests.
Outside, you can enjoy the large kidney-shaped pool, perfect for cooling off under the Algarve sun. A spacious sun terrace features comfortable sunloungers and a dining table with chairs, offering the perfect setting for outdoor meals and sunbathing. A purpose-built barbecue area with seating invites you to dine al fresco.

A 25% or £250 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking.
The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £500 / 500€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Mandatory Tourist Tax is payable at the rate of 2.00€ per night, by all guests over the age of 13, for the first seven nights of their stay.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter, this is included in the rental cost.
There is an information folder for guests use in each house. This contains a comprehensive guide to the area, restaurants, places of interest and emergency telephone numbers.
There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive is Carneiros beach.
Take a boat tour to the iconic Benagil Cave, one of Portugal's most famous natural wonders.
Explore the dramatic limestone formations and caves at Algar Seco, ideal for photography and short hikes.
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive.
Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Set in Sesmarias, this villa is a stone’s throw from charming local restaurants, bars, and a mini-supermarket, all within walking distance. The nearby town of Carvoeiro boasts stunning beaches, lively nightlife, and a variety of attractions to explore.
Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.
Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order.

28th Aug 2025 We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous villa, Casa Dara, just a few minutes' drive above the bay and the lively town of Carvoeiro.
Everything was perfect, from the first contact with Susie to our departure. Everything went as smoothly as one could wish for.
The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, but even more beautiful in reality! Everything was super clean!
The house is quietly located in a beautiful, upscale villa development. Privacy is guaranteed, as it is a really large property with lots of greenery.
The pool cleaning in the early hours of the morning was hardly noticeable, so discreet was the work. The house is slightly elevated, and the terrace offers a fantastic
view of the garden and the wonderfully large pool. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, plenty of towels are provided, and you can
also use the washing machine if needed. A great living room, a large TV with perfect app functionality and a large kitchen round off the amenities. We felt really at home.
We had such a relaxing time, we would love to come back. Everything was perfect.

1st July 2025 We have been staying in villas for many years in Portugal and this was our favourite by far. The villa was immaculate, the pool area was stunning and the layout of the house was fabulous for giving us all space but also ensuring we had lots of family time together. We hired a car and it was a very short drive to Carvoeiro and ferragudo. We were able to get to all the attractions very quickly but then enjoy the peace and quiet of the villa location.
