Step inside this beautifully maintained home and instantly feel the sense of Algarvean luxury. The fully equipped, modern open-plan kitchen comes complete with everything you need: oven, stovetop, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee machine, plus a breakfast bar with stool seating for three. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and sink for added convenience.
The villa offers four beautifully presented bedrooms — two on the ground floor and two upstairs.
Three bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the fourth has two single beds, ideal for families or friends sharing. All bedrooms are fitted with ample wardrobes and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The master suite includes a private en-suite shower room. A further family bathroom, an additional shower room, and a guest WC serve the remaining bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.
The house is offered on a self-catering basis.
Please note: Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided, but is readily available in all local supermarkets.
Car hire is recommended to fully explore the surrounding region, but not essential. If preferred, airport transfers from Faro directly to the villa can be arranged for your group — prices available upon request.

An upper-level terrace provides yet another peaceful seating area with spectacular views — the perfect spot to enjoy your evening sundowner while watching the changing colours of the Algarve sky.
Some of the Algarve’s most stunning beaches are close by, including the beautiful Praia de Carvoeiro (5 minutes), the iconic Praia da Marinha, Benagil and Albandeira (10 minutes). The coastline offers dramatic scenery and excellent cliff walks.
Golfers are spoiled for choice with Vale do Pinta, Gramacho, Vale do Milho and several championship courses all within easy reach. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
A nearby tennis court is also available to guests.
The house is well situated in a tranquil position just 1.6km from Carvoeiro, so easily walkable or just a short driving distance from beaches, supermarket, cafés and restaurants.
The house is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport.
Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.
Approximately 3 kms from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro (once an old fishing village) with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars, and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.
We also suggest a visit to Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10!
Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.

As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.

16th Aug 2025 Checking in was easy as communication and instructions were very clear. Very well equipped kitchen lovely large sunny pool fully air-conditioned throughout.
12th Aug 2025 Beautiful villa. Clean, spacious, everything we needed and in a perfect location for the town and restaurants. Loved the inclusion of pool/beach towels so we didn’t need to take any. The outdoor BBQ was great too. Rosa checked in on us mid week and she was lovely & helpful. Excellent.
19th JULY 2025 The property was absolutely perfect! Even better in real life than in the photos. Brilliant facilities for cooking both inside and outside at the BBQ area. The pool was a fantastic size with comfortable sunbeds and seating areas for relaxing and dining. Inside the villa was spacious and incredibly well cleaned with all the amenities you could need. Our 17 year old son particularly enjoyed the outside pool and table tennis facilities. The views from the villa were beautiful. It was about a 20 minute down hill walk into the centre of Carvoeiro, we didn't attempt the walk back up. There are plenty of local taxis and Uber/Bolt taxis which we made good use of. A fantastic villa for a family break or with friends. We would 100% consider returning.
24th May 2025 What a wonderful villa and host! Suzi was fabulous - so friendly and helpful, very honest too. The villa was superb, set out perfectly for two families. Stunning location, private and quiet but close enough to walk to the town for beach, restaurants and bars! The villa was also super clean, fresh linen and towels which a maid changed midweek and stayed for a few hours cleaning around. The pool guy came twice too within our 7 day stay! What made the villa all that better was the added extras such as kitchen equipment and even condiments, it was wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you
12th July 2025 The home is BEAUTIFUL and perfectly sized for our group trip with all the amenities we needed when ever I contacted Susie she was very responsive and helped us with any inquiry we had. I would highly recommend this villa and if we come back next year we would love to rebook!
22nd Feb 2025 We loved our week at the villa. The house exceeded our expectations and there was a lot of thought in the details (games, books etc). The living area is really spacious and the bedrooms all very comfortable. We followed Susie’s advice and paid for heating and pool heating which meant we were able to enjoy lots of time in the pool in February. The beach is about 20 minutes walk - slightly longer to Carvoeiro town and the location is quiet and private. We were glad to have read the advice about directions as GPS can think you’re in the hotel next door. All in all a fantastic place to stay!
15th September 2024 We loved the house and everything about it. It has every appliance that you would need, incl outdoor kitchen, ping pong table, pooltable and washingmachine/dryer! We stayed for 8 days and it was the perfect base location to explore the Algarve region. If we ever come back with a larger company, then we surely would book this house again!
4th May 2024 A great big and spacious house with all the facilities you need to celebrate a wonderful week of vacation. Especially with two small children, it was top (including chairs, washer and dryer!). In short: recommended if you want to enjoy everything the Algarve has to offer!

This property is simply stunning in every way. As a family with teenage/adult children, it had everything we could wish for. Spotlessly clean (and thoroughly cleaned mid week of a one week stay). Great communication with the agent. 20-25 minute walk to centre of Carvoeiro (uphill coming home) but that didn’t bother us. And there are some restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket also close by. All in all a perfect stay.
