EN: Super villa from the front to back: This holiday villa with 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located in the lower ground floor, which results in a spatial division which is sometimes helpful in families and they are at ground level with sliding doors to outside. Total space, a beautiful little garden, a great Whirlpool (book separately for a fee) and a fantastic barbecue with warmer BBQ grill. There are two terraces each with a table (one of them in the shade). The communal pool is large and it's actually never very crowded, you get always a lounger (at least early September). Close to everything, it is what you need, a small market of the neighbouring community, great restaurants, some nice beaches (which can sometimes be full) and Carvoeiro is also very close, if you want to have more hustle and bustle. There is so much to do and the House is perfect. We can recommend it, the care by Susie of the management was also super. Thumbs up! We will come back.

DE: Von vorne bis hinten super: dieses Ferienhaeuschen mit 4 Zimmern. 2 Zimmer befinden sich zwar im Untergeschoss/Keller, aber dadurch ergibt sich auch eine raeumliche Teilung die manchmal bei Familien hilfreich ist und nach hinten ist das Untergeschoss ebenerdig und man hat eine Schiebetuer nach draussen. Insgesamt viel Platz, ein schoener kleiner Garten, ein toller Whirlpool (Nutzung gegen Gebuehr zubuchbar) und eine fantastische Grillecke, mit gasbetriebenem BBQ Grill. Dazu gibt es zwei Terrassen mit jeweils einem Tisch (einer davon im Schatten). Der Gemeinschafts-Pool ist gross und es ist eigentlich nie besonders voll, man bekommt immer eine Liege (zumindest anfang September). Ganz in der Naehe ist alles was man braucht, ein kleiner Markt der Nachbar-Community, tolle Restaurants, einige schoene Straende (an denen es allerdings auch mal voller werden kann...) und Carvoeiro ist auch sehr nah, falls man mal etwas mehr Trubel haben moechte. Es gibt so viel zu tun und zu unternehmen und dafuer liegt das Haus perfekt. Wir koennen es nur waermstens empfehlen, die Betreuung durch Susie vom Management war ebenfalls super. Daumen hoch!!! Wir kommen wieder.

Susan has been fantastic throughout the booking and throughout our stay! The accommodation was amazing, we thought it was too good to be true but it really was as good as it looks on the pictures, if not better! It was a home from home, pool was a 2 minute walk away, gas BBQ was out of gas when we arrived but even though it was a bank holiday weekend, a new gas bottle was installed within 24hrs! We were able to watch Netflix through our own firestick, which was perfect for the kids! The Hot tub was lovely to sit in, in the evening looking at the stars with a glass of g&t! Local restaurants are all amazing, especially when ordering the fish. We had the local speciality catalpana from rocha mar on the corner (3 mins walk from accommodation) on the last night and it was out of this world.

Susie made booking easy and convenient. The villa offered everything (and more) that we wanted! Susie was very helpful, organizing a wine tasting for us. Unfortunately we did not meet her but we met her Portuguese assistant. We think that this is because we went out of season. The location was fantastic and quiet. Beaches nearby.

The accommodation was great we felt very comfortable in the house it is bright, big and beautifully furnished. Also for children it is perfect. The house is located in a super area beautifully central. would book again immediately. Thank you very much.

Massive villa within walking distance of the beach Great location Very clean well maintained. Great facilities including underground garage. Nice pool. Outside area slightly smaller than expected and over looked by the adjacent villa. Great BBQ and out door dining area Overall a great villa lots of space could easily accommodate 2 families. I would stay there again and would recommend it.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 under 5’s. We loved the house. It is super spacious and gave everybody enough room to breath and not get on top of one another. The rooms are all big and the beds are comfortable enough. The lack of lighting on the terrace was a bit unusual but it didn’t stop us enjoying the warm evenings with a glass of wine. The pool is a good size and was well used. It being gated meant that we could rest assured that the kids could not get to it when we weren’t looking. Great peace of mind. The issue with the air conditioning was dealt with swiftly and we got a refund as soon as we got home. Communication with Susie was great and quite quick and the recommendations she gave us before our stay were a very nice touch. Overall the house is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous time! The villa has lots of space and fitted out with everything you will need! Susie was fantastic in communicating all the way through the booking and we would will def be returning.

Lovely villa in a lovely location. We were a family of 8 staying in this villa. 3 in their 70's, 3 teens and 2 in their 40's. Such a lovely Large villa. So very spacious, lots of bathrooms, no one was ever on top of each other. Very clean, towels, bedding, villa and pool cleaned in the week. So many extras, made the villa a 'home from home' Pool area lovely, patio a real sun trap. Lovely eating outside. Excellent location, nice and quiet. 5 min walk to the beach and into the town. Lovely beach and restaurants. Cannot fault this villa in any way. We would recommend and visit again.
