Fantastic villa with many rooms and large pool. We rented the house for 10 days, first we were all the family there, then our children with families went home and other friends arrived. The maids came and cleaned and changed all the beds, this was all included in the rent. We also got great tips and help to find good catering companies in Carvoeiro, as well as great tips on excursions and restaurants. We also were allowed to stay 6 hours longer on the check-out day. Clearly all very good!

This property is simply stunning in every way. As a family with teenage/adult children, it had everything we could wish for. Spotlessly clean (and thoroughly cleaned mid week of a one week stay). Great communication with the agent. 20-25 minute walk to centre of Carvoeiro (uphill coming home) but that didn’t bother us. And there are some restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket also close by. All in all a perfect stay.

The house is spacious, enough big and comfortable for eight persons, has everything you need. The really big pool was very enjoyable. Villa is located in peaceful and quiet part of the town, on the hill, 15 min walk to the lovely beach. There are few restaurants close by and a lot in Carvoeiro. Susan was very helpful, communication with her was easy and quick. We had a great holiday in this villa and really recommend this place.

Great holiday . Great villa *****. Stayed at this lovely villa with 7 friends to celebrate my 50 th birthday. We had a fantastic holiday , the villa was so well equipped with everything we could possibly need for self catering , a rural setting so didn't have to worry about laughing too loud !! It's worth paying for the pool to be heated as did a lot of evening swimming , you do need taxi to get to town as was a long walk and dark . But you can walk to beach but it's still a way and a hill which killed us in the heat ! My birthday just so happened to land on the big black and white festival which was amazing and went on till the early hours. I would definitely stay here again was not crowded at all with 8 of us as very spacious and a massive pool! Would hire a car though next time. Susie and Rosa were lovely and on hand for any questions. All in all a great holiday location and lovely villa.

Absolutely perfect, wouldn't hesitate to book again. We were a little apprehensive about booking a villa separately, but as we were taking 5 teenage children a large pool and a bit privacy was top of our list, we just hoped the villa was as described. It turned out to be perfect for us and exactly as described. It’s a great size villa, well laid out and has everything you could want. The pool is massive and very deep....around 3m. We opted for the pool heating and it was spot on, it really took the edge off the water, as a result we used it all day long. The great thing for the kids was the ability to use the pool first thing in the morning and even late at night, we’re used to pools opening and closing at certain times so this was amazing for us. Swimming at night in a heated pool with the stars over your head was brilliant! All the bedrooms are twins and a good size, two have ensuite, there’s a large bathroom and separate toilet, decent dining areas (inside and out) and a well equipped kitchen. There’s plenty of space to catch up on a tan if that’s your thing with a great roof terrace that gets sun all day long. We didn’t pay for air-conditioning so it was quite hot in the villa but fortunately there’s plenty of fans to move some of the hot air about. The villa is in a lovely quiet area but even with five teenagers we didn’t feel like we were making too much noise or being a nuisance, there’s quite a lot of space between villas which I think helps. If I had to pick a downside it would be the distance you need to walk to the local shops…….you pay the price for peace and quiet. We didn’t get a hire car as on google maps everything you need is within 15-30 min walk. We thought it would be straightforward but it’s a hilly place so when you’re going up/down hills in 30+ degree heat, well, it was tiring to say the least. We ended up getting a taxi to pick us up from the villa to take us to the centre of town, even a minibus was only 8 Euro’s so not too expensive. Fortunately, everything we needed to know was in the welcome book, taxi number, shop locations, everything. We are already talking about our next trip out, which is very rare for us. We never seem to go back to places but we loved it here. If you’re considering this villa or have booked it I would recommend you pay for pool heating, get the welcome pack so you have food & beer when you arrive, pay for air-conditioning and consider getting a hire car, although it’s not essential if you’re willing to get taxi’s and pay for the transfers.

We spent a very good holiday in this large villa. The villa is very pretty, well located and well equipped. When at the pool... just look at the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed the rental facilities: bed linen & towels provided, cleaning during the stay, everything ready upon our arrival! The employees were courteous and discrete. We have not had to complain about anything whatsoever, and it really was a wonderful stay. Thanks much for this stay and if we go back in the Algarve, we will contact you!
